Complete the eporftolio be completed.
Obtain the correct Endorsement Application fromForm: You should contact Dr. Jaci Wilbanks,Wilbanks(wilbank@uakron.edu or 330-972-7696), Licensure Coordinator of Student Services (Zook 201)Services, obtain the correct Endorsement Application from from Dr. Wilbanks, and complete be required.
Submit Submit all the Student Services.

Once you complete the test, the result of the test will go to Dr. Wilbanks and you will get your Technology Facilitation Endorsement via mail from Ohio Department of Education.
Does this endorsement allow me to teach additional subjects?
Yes- According to the Ohio Department of Education Certification and Licensure Dictionary and the Education Management Information System (EMIS) Manual, a teacher with any standard certificate/license and the Computer Technology Endorsement (111770) would be considered a Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) for classes that are coded by their local district under the subject codes below:
